By purchasing or using any iptv official subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

iptv official provides access to streaming content over the internet. The service is intended for personal, non-commercial viewing unless you have a reseller plan.

3. Account Responsibilities

• Keep your credentials private. One subscription = one user.
• Do not share, resell, or rebroadcast your line without a reseller plan.
• You are responsible for your own device, internet connection, and local laws.

4. Payments & Renewals

All prices are listed in USD. Subscriptions do not auto-renew unless explicitly enabled. Reseller credits are non-refundable once added to your panel.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not use the service to violate any law, infringe intellectual property rights, attempt to reverse-engineer the platform, or share access with unauthorized users. Violations result in immediate termination without refund.

6. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Brief maintenance windows, ISP issues, or content provider outages may temporarily affect availability.

7. Limitation of Liability

iptv official is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for your current subscription period.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
